The highlight reel on social media showcasing only the wins is toxic. Win some, lose some. That’s a reality you can’t lie about. Embracing it is up to you.

🟢 And definitely doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate your “loss” and congratulate the others.
That mindset is why I. WIN. EVERY. DAY… even when I lose.
