This 13 year old showed up at my door. He was selling hand made paintings. I couldn’t be more proud of the kid I didn’t even know.
I bought two pieces. One matched a “Work Harder” sign I have at my office entrance.
The other looked like Spiderman, which my son that’s learning entrepreneurship likes so I thought it might be inspiring for him in a small way.
Sure, this kid was out making money, but he was in love with the process. You could feel his passion for his work in his words.
And I saw mom and dad waiting at the curb in their car as they shuttled him around. Made me feel good at how good they must feel.
