June 2nd, 2023, took my kids to a baseball game. Home team was down by four.
Guys on first and second base. Batter gets walked after getting hit. Bases loaded.
I bust out my phone to record, thinking, “with bases loaded, what are the chances he knocks it out of the park and ties it? That’d be wild.”
New batter steps up. Swings. Grand slam? Not even close. Guy swings so hard he misses and falls to the dirt.
I turn off the camera.
Then I’m like, “what if…”
Pull my phone back just in time to record this happening…
