You give them opportunities to correct, to grow, to improve. When those are exhausted, you think about the impact, their family, and hope they quickly find new beginnings.
But there are ways to run a business gracefully in which the person is still grateful for the culture and experience.
That leaves a big part of me hopeful for their future, and a little part inside is proud knowing the ripple effect of positivity they’ll carry with them into their new ventures.
