Mentoring in a nutshell…
The reality is, I love is this guy’s determination. I’ve witnessed him go from knowing nothing about his industry, to becoming a leader.
When he was fresh out of high school he had the vulnerability to say “I don’t know what’s next. Help.”
He didn’t know what he wanted to do between feeling pressured to go to college vs desiring freedom of entrepreneurship. He saw the freedom of time and financial stability I had, but didn’t know anything about what I did. So, he asked.
While I joke about him messaging me all the time, I’ll share an amazing video testimonial of him in a few days.
Despite his success, he’s still grounded enough to laugh, and it was his idea to post the video.
Through mentoring with me he chose a path, ignored the haters, pushed through the learning curve, eventually made enough to quit his day job, and now makes more in a few months than he used to all year. 🙌
