I rarely email clients. Other than reports the team sends, I personally email clients maybe only 2-3x a year.

Successful people are busy people. Unless it’s important, I don’t schmooze my clients. I don’t send stuff just to send stuff.  So when I email, they know it’s important. And I get to the point, because their time is important, too.
