As President of my company, guess who took credit for today’s big fat kudos that a customer gave us?
NOT ME.
Any time a customer gives feedback, I forward it straight to the team member that was directly involved in the project.

Today, two of my writers were recognized after a client proofread a batch of optimized blogs that we wrote for them.
He commented that the blogs “are really good. This is a great post, thanks!” and implied that reading his company’s own blog (that we populate) would be beneficial even to his productivity.
I forwarded it directly to the two writers involved and thanked them for their hard work.
Clear communication is what builds trust.
Trust builds a reputable brand.
And a reputation builds a long-lasting company.
Share the love.
