Some people have had such horrible past employers that vacations are looked at as a privilege. No wonder employee loyalty sucks.
Not hard to have a successful company. Treat your team good. Not hard to treat your team good. Treat them like humans.
At some point, the next dollar matters less and less and your impact on the world matters more and more. Take care of those that take care of you.
